Snuff Kit Box

Snuff Kit Box is a snuff or snorting kit that is encased in either a case or box. These are usually silver but can also be gold. These have been around for a while but a really good snuff kit box has yet to hit the market. Inside usually has a mirror, very similar to a makeup compact. The snuff kit box has however recently been re-imaged in the form of sliding trays. This is a slightly different concept to the snuff kit box but the two have started to be considered pretty much the same thing.

A snuff kit box usually includes tools needed to make full use of the box. In the older style mirror boxes the tools usually include a snuff spoon, cutting tool like a razor, and a snorting tube. However the newer sliding snuff kit boxes only need a snorting tube as the powder is already prepared in the grooves inside the kit. Other tools that could be included in a snuff kit box could be snuff bottles, snuff wraps, other snorters. These look a bit outdates to the new slicker more expensive sliding drawer snuff kits. But for a budget option they do a similar job.

Snuff kit boxes come in a range of prices and of quality. Usually its the quality of the materials that determines the price. I have seen some classic boxes made of sterling silver costing hundreds of pounds and at the other end cheap plastic boxes at only a few pounds. Today the most common expensive snuff boxes are the sliding drawer style such as you get from Royal Box and Onegee. These brands do some high end snuff kits made of premium materials such as snake skin or anthracite. I have tried the more expensive snuff kit boxes from Onegee and Royal Box and they are worth the money. The look and feel is great but also it’s more the discreetness of the kit that appeals to me. They can be used quickly and does not attract attention. So you may not need to keep going to the bathroom for privacy.

The company Royal Box have a great variety of snorting kits. These are similar to the OneGee boxes in style and quality. Royal box do however offer a cheaper plastic version of the sliding draw box. I have tried one of these Royal Boxes and they are very good and well worth the money. They do also make great gifts for friends birthdays. Not to be missed.
